Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the hire and on-premise of pole dancing equipment at Dolly's Clubhouse and Studio ("we"/"us"/"our")

Please read them carefully. By placing a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

​

Bookings

​

• Bookings must be made through our online system and are only confirmed once full payment has been completed via our website.

• We do not accept split or part payments or part payments; if you arrange to share costs, you must do so privately, and any unpaid booking is not guaranteed. 

• Sessions cannot be booked less than 24 hours in advance.

• Please arrive in good time to start promptly. Entry, exit and any setup/cleardown must occur within your session time. Use of equipment outside booked session times is not permitted

Changes And Cancellations By Us

​

• No refunds are offered for missed sessions unless you contact us at least 72 hours before your scheduled start time, and we receive from you a clear statement by email (Dollyspoleclubhouse@gmail.com) confirming cancellation. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable unless we agree otherwise acting reasonably. Subject to availability, you may request to reschedule within the 72 hour window; rescheduling is not guaranteed. 

• While every effort is made to ensure your lesson, rental or event runs as planned, Dolly's Clubhouse reserves the right to cancel or revise any sessions if necessary. We will give you as much notice as reasonably practicable and where practicable at least 24 hours' notice. If a change or reschedule is likely to have a material or adverse effect on you, you may cancel the affected booking for a refund of charges paid for any services not provided. 

• If a session or booking is cancelled by us, the lead attendee named in the booking will be notified and a reasonable alternative solution or refund will be offered.

• Once your session has commenced, the right to cancel is lost.

Health & Safety

​

​

​• All use is on our premises only. The equipment is permanently installed and only authorised staff may adjust or maintain poles, and you must stop and notify staff immediately if anything seems unsafe.

• Participation in pole dancing carries inherent risks (including falls, collisions and equipment failure). You agree to use the equipment safely and to follow instructor guidance and all posted rules at all times. If you choose to attempt moves not demonstrated or approved by your instructor, you accept responsibility for any resulting injury.

• Do not use the equipment under the influence of alcohol, drugs or impairing medication.

• Pregnancy and health: We do not recommend pole dancing if you are pregnant. Always inform your instructor of your pregnancy before attending a lesson. Participation while pregnant is at your own risk and subject to medical advice, please speak to your instructor before your lesson or contact dollyspoleclubhouse@gmail.com before your booking. If you have any medical conditions or injuries that might affect your ability to exercise safely,
consult your doctor before attending.

• Prohibited materials and conduct: smoking, vaping, the use of fire or flammable materials, and bringing dangerous or explosive materials onto the premises (or any materials whose possession, storage or use might contravene law or constitute a nuisance) are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel any booking if any such materials are reasonably believed to have been brought onto the premises.

• We take reasonable steps to provide a safe environment, however, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we cannot accept responsibility for faulty goods supplied by third parties or for damage arising from incorrectly assembled poles supplied by a third party supplier. Details of our third party supplier can be provided upon request.

Age Limit

​

​

• All participants or attendees of Dolly's Clubhouse must be aged 18 or over. We reserve the right to request evidence of your date of birth.

Health & Safety

​

​

• All lead attendees must complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) on behalf of themselves and their other attendees before their session.

• If you have any concerns about your health, or if you are pregnant, please speak to your instructor before your lesson or contact dollyspoleclubhouse@gmail.com before your rental.

• If you have any medical conditions or injuries that might affect your ability to exercise safely, please consult your doctor before attending.

• Dolly's Clubhouse takes all reasonable measures to create a safe environment, but participation in pole dance carries inherent risks. You acknowledge that you participate at your own risk.

• Students are required to follow instructor guidance at all times. If you choose to attempt moves not demonstrated or approved by your instructor, you accept full responsibility for any injury.

• If you are renting the space and are training by yourself, you accept full responsibility for ensuring your own safety by only attempting movement that you are comfortable with.

Studio Etiquette

​

​

• Please clean your pole and any equipment after use, dispose of rubbish in the bin provided, and if you move furniture please return everything to its original place.

• Stay home if you are unwell.

• Drugs and alcohol are strictly prohibited. If we reasonably suspect you are under the influence, you will not be allowed access, and your booking will be cancelled without a refund.

• Do not stand outside of the Clubhouse in pole attire (including pleasers).

• Arrive on time and warm up fully. If you are going to be late, please inform your instructor.

• Take all personal belongings home — we are not responsible for lost property.

• Treat the space, equipment, and your Clubhouse staff with kindness and respect.

• If you see any unsafe conditions or broken equipment, let us know immediately. 

• Turn off all lights, heating, fans or aircon off before you leave the space.

• Do not disturb the wildlife or workers nearby.

• Do not play music until both the outside shutter is down and the inside door are fully closed. Turn your music off before opening either the door or outside shutter.

• Do not park in front of any farmer equipment or horse gates.

Personal Information

​

• We will process personal data in accordance with UK data protection laws (including the UK
GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, and the Privacy and Electronic Communications
Regulations 2003 (SI 2003/2426) as amended). We may store your information securely for
booking administration, safety compliance, and legal obligations, generally for up to 12
months unless a longer period is required by law or justified for claims handling. You have
rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Please

Photography & Filming

​

​

• Attendees are welcome to take photos/videos of themselves for personal progress or other content creation.

• Please ask permission if others are visible in your photos or videos.

Behaviour (including damage, loss & cleaning)

​

​

• We reserve the right to remove any student whose behaviour is unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive.

• You are responsible for any damage you cause to the equipment or our premises during
your session(s). Reasonable and proportionate charges for repair, replacement or deep

cleaning (for example, for excessive residue or adhesive marks) may be [deducted from your
deposit or] charged to your payment card. You agree that we may charge the payment card
used for booking for such costs where reasonably and proportionately incurred. We will give
you prior notice before

• Our community is built on inclusivity — please treat everyone with respect.

Liability​

​

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited by applicable law. We do not exclude or limit our liability for failing to use reasonable care and skill, or for breach of the statutory terms as to satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and description. 

Subject to the foregoing, we are not liable for:
o pre-existing injuries; or
o injuries caused by:
- ignoring safety instructions; or
- attempting unapproved movements; or
- improper use of the equipment; or
- any other breach of these Terms.

We retain responsibility for fair wear and tear of the equipment and the premises, however,
you are responsible for any damage you cause through misuse or breach of these Terms.

• You accept that pole dance and fitness carry an element of risk and agree to participate at your own risk.

• By making your booking you agree:

o Not to be spotted or helped into or out of any move without a qualified instructor.

o You will NOT ‘spot’ or teach other attendees whilst attending Clubhouse rentals for reasons of safety.

o If you have any medical conditions or injuries, or are worried about any aspect of your health that may prevent you from doing physical activity, you must consult your doctor prior to attending any lesson or session.

o If a student is trying a move that has not been demonstrated by an instructor, your instructor will not be liable for any compensation should an injury or incident occur.

o Dolly's Clubhouse takes all precautions to ensure the safety of everyone involved. I acknowledge that pole fitness and dance can be strenuous and at times, dangerous. I will rely upon my own judgement in participating in any exercise or manoeuvres. I have been told about the potential risks to my health and freely accept that by participating, I run the risk of injury, particularly if I were to fall from or knock myself on the pole. I will not hold Dolly's Clubhouse And Studio LTD liable for any pre-existing injuries or medical conditions, which may be exacerbated if I participate.

o By ticking to say you have read the above Terms & Conditions and by signing the disclaimer on our booking system, you agree to waive liability to Dolly's Clubhouse and its instructors.

Variation

​

• We reserve the right to update or vary these Terms at any time for technical, legal or operational reasons. Notice of material changes will be given via email or website update. If you consider that such a change significantly disadvantages you please let us know as soon as possible and we will discuss your options with you.

• By confirming your booking and signing the waiver on our booking system, you agree to these terms and conditions in full
