If you require our promotional pick up/drop off service, simply contact us with your ideal booking time/date prior to booking to ensure that the driver is available. If you are driving to our Clubhouse or have your own transport, simply book a date and time that suits you and then wait for us to contact you with additional details such as parking information.
Cancellation Policy
Classes & events are non-refundable. To cancel or reschedule private hires or private lessons, please email dollyspoleclubhouse@gmail.com at least 72hrs before your booking to change your slot. Due to high demand for weekend slots, any hires on Saturdays or Sundays will not be able to be rescheduled. No refunds will be issued to No-shows or last minute cancellations. Please note- Same day bookings are not permitted (24hrs notice will be required for each booking)
